Open-box
Packaging may have been opened or replaced. Confirm whether the unit has been deployed, what accessories are included, and how the condition will be described on the quote.
Refurbished
Previously owned equipment that has been inspected and prepared for further use. Ask about the work performed, cosmetic condition, and any required testing details.
Used
Previously owned equipment may have visible signs of use. Confirm functional condition and inclusions rather than relying on a product photograph alone.
